1. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be fully met:

  • The Product must be unused, unassembled, and in its original packaging, with all tags, user manuals, and accessories (e.g., wheels, harnesses, storage bags) intact and undamaged.
  • The return request must be submitted within 30 calendar days from the date of delivery to your shipping address in the United States (as confirmed by the shipping carrier’s delivery confirmation).
  • You must provide a valid order number and clear proof of delivery (e.g., a screenshot of the delivery confirmation or tracking number) when submitting the return request.
  • Refunds are not available for custom-made or personalized Products, Products damaged due to improper use, assembly, or modification, or Products that show signs of wear and tear.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please follow these steps:

Ship the Product Back: Package the Product securely in its original packaging, clearly mark the RA number on the outer package, and ship it back to the address provided in the return instructions. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective Product, wrong item shipped, or incorrect order).
  4. Track Your Return: We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service for the return. We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed return shipments.

3. Refund Processing
