Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy (“Policy”) applies to all shipments of baby strollers and related products (“Products”) purchased from the website operated by BLUE STAR TRADING LIMITED (the “Site”), which is owned and operated by BLUE STAR TRADING LIMITED. (“we,” “us,” “our”), a company located in the HK. By purchasing any Products from the Site, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this Shipping Policy.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently offer shipping exclusively to addresses within the United States (including all 50 states, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship to international destinations outside the United States at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and Chinese public holidays). Processing time does not include shipping time and may be extended during peak seasons (e.g., holidays, promotional events) or due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., inventory shortages, logistics delays).

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with trusted international and U.S.-based shipping carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery of your Products. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 7-15 business days from the date of shipping. This is the default shipping method for all orders.
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days from the date of shipping. Express shipping is available for an additional fee, which will be calculated at checkout.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be delayed due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to: shipping carrier delays, customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, public holidays, and address inaccuracies.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order, your shipping address in the United States, and the selected shipping method. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We may offer free standard shipping for orders that meet a minimum purchase amount, as specified on the Site from time to time. Free shipping offers are subject to change without notice.

5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

As we are located in the People’s Republic of China, all orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or customs fees imposed by U.S. customs authorities. These fees are the sole responsibility of the customer (you) and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

We do not prepay, collect, or reimburse any import duties, taxes, or customs fees. You will be responsible for paying these fees directly to the shipping carrier or U.S. customs authorities upon delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more information on applicable fees before placing your order.

6. Shipping Address Requirements

  • You must provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street number, city, state, zip code, and any necessary apartment or suite number) at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
  • If the shipping carrier is unable to deliver the package due to an incorrect address, the package may be returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package, and no refund will be issued for the original shipping cost.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number. You can use this tracking number to check the status of your shipment on the shipping carrier’s website. If you do not receive a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us for assistance.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments once the shipping carrier has confirmed delivery. If you believe your package has been lost or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking number provided. You may also contact us for assistance in initiating a claim with the carrier.

If your package is returned to us due to undeliverable address (provided by you) or refusal to accept delivery, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any additional costs to resend the package. If you choose not to resend the package, we will process a refund for the product price (excluding original shipping costs) after receiving and inspecting the returned package.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, applicable laws, shipping carrier policies, or business needs. The revised Policy will be posted on the Site with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of our Products after the changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
